Employing all the flexibility, security and reporting facilities available as part of the Core+ Framework the Core+ Work Experience Solution provides an effective and simple to use tool for the management of work experience and skills development placements.
The module comprises a batch facility to manage placements for schools, providers or groups of young people. Multiple job choices and travel zones can be recorded for each young person that are used to match young people and the places available either manually or by using our automatic matching facility.
The provider database provides a comprehensive record of all work experience providers along with their basic details and details of opportunities and placements offered. Our dynamic health and safety record provides colour coded warning indicators to alert the user to lapsed Health & Safety records. As part of the Health & Safety requirements risk assessment records can be recorded at both opportunity and at individual placement levels.
The mail merge and document tracker make the administration process easier whilst SAP Business Object Reports allows unlimited reports to be created and saved within the database for data collection and reporting by end-users.
